Inspired by heartfelt ties to Lebanese and Armenian heritage, Almayass at La Mer Jumeirah offers a warm, home-like dining experience rooted in family traditions and timeless recipes. The interior blends the richness of both cultures through vibrant wallpapers, marble textures, antique mirrors, and touches of natural greenery, creating a space that feels both familiar and authentically traditional.

During the design development, every detail was thoughtfully refined: light patterns and contrasting tones in the marble were introduced to elevate the visual depth; natural fluted wood adds texture and warmth; and vintage mirrors integrated into the back bars enrich the overall ambiance. A custom marble island was designed to house all required storage with elegant frosted-glass cabinets, while gypsum rosaries with hidden spotlights highlight key areas with a soft glow. Indirect lighting behind the rattan ceiling at the first floor adds dimension and comfort, completing a dining environment that is both intimate and culturally expressive.
