Chef Fernando Trocca’s vision is reflected in open-fire cooking and a distinctive design featuring brick walls, bougainvillea accents, and chandeliers crafted from crystal carafes, giving the restaurant its unique character.

Alongside Sucre, Alma serves as a vibrant Music & Art Lounge where vintage charm meets cultural fusion. Velvet seating, rich red drapery, and performances by resident DJs and live bands create an immersive atmosphere. Guests enjoy crafted cocktails amid digital AI artwork, or unwind on the terrace at the Agave bar for an elevated outdoor experience.

During design development, key elements required precision: the rug selections and compositions, the wooden ceiling doors, and the brickwork reinforced with hidden metal strips. The bar showcases a CNC wooden front, marble countertop, and illuminated stenciled metal shelving. The custom chandeliers were assembled from selected crystal bottles, engineered with hidden dimmable lighting to softly illuminate the space.
